At Aithra Studio, each piece is printed on demand and made specifically for you after your order is placed. We partner with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment providers to ensure high-quality production and reliable shipping.
Because all items are made to order, production begins only after checkout is completed.
Below is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping timelines, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.

Because our products are printed on demand, production times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product type.

You will receive:

  • An email confirmation once your order is placed
  • A second email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or regional demand. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product size/weight.

Occasionally, promotional free shipping may apply—this will be clearly displayed when active.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Because all products are made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or, if necessary, a refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking shows no movement after several days, contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

Aithra Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once confirmed—but additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages

However, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment partner when possible.

8. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may delay delivery times.
